This achievement will unlock on any difficulty and offline/online either in co-op mode or with an AI.

You must complete Act 2 (Denizens) Chapter 6 (Intestinal Fortitude). One of the most interesting GOW2 levels so far this chapter is also very easy even on the highest settings. Mostly chainsawing and taking out tickers.
