Storyline.

This is the second mission you will be playing, and the locust are attacking the hospital. It is your job to defend it.
The video will show the entire mission. You probably won't have any problems.

If you are playing this on insane, remember to use cover as much as possible, and take your time. Basically if you rush you die on insane.
