At the very start of the level.
For this achievement you have to snipe the 7 nazi soldiers and their dog with 5 bullets, when prompted kill the first 2 nazis by the burning car ( - 2 shots 3 left) once they are down aim down the middle of the street and there are two more guys standing right next to each other shoot the one in the head and it should kill both of them (-3 shots 2 left) then aim to the building on the right there are two more nazis sitting on the stoop, shoot the one closest to you through the shoulder and it will kill both of them ( -4 shots 1 left) now here is the hard part as soon as the last nazi comes out near the end of the street in the middle, he will crouch down and his dog will come out, as soon as the dog comes out you will have to shoot the nazi through the shoulder and hit the dog in the snout. I did this on veteran and it was not easy good luck
