Heroic Brutality can only be done by DC Heroes.
Batman
Captain Marvel
Flash
Green Lantern
Superman
Wonder Woman

When using one of these characters, when the screen says 'Finish Him' you input the command to do their brutality.

I found Superman's to be the easiest. Close range(right next to the opponent) push Down, Down, Forward, Forward, X on your controller.., achievement unlocked.

This can be achieved during the arcade mode or during verses(online or offline) mode.

***To make getting this achievement even easier go to the options and make it so its only 1 round per fight and then use a second controller and beat up the none moving opponent so the Finish Him saying comes up***
