Relatively easy one.
To send a song challenge to a friend first enter the My Lips menu.
Then choose the friend who you wish to challenge.
The person must be able to accept the request and thus must have the game for you to get this achievement.
I just did this using an xbox live enabled account on the same console.
The achievement unlocks when you start to play the challenge song, back in the My Lips menu. |

| Quite simply go to My Lips find a friend who has got Lips and send them a challenge and also sing the song. Cheev Unlocks !!! |
