Some players I've helped in the past had problems unlocking this achievement if both players aren't running the same copy (XBLA on Xbox 360 vs. the one included with
Rare Replay on Xbox One). If this is the case, both players might need to run the same version of the game.

Solution:
Find someone who already has this achievement and
invite them to an Xbox LIVE multiplayer game (MULTIPLAYER -> Xbox LIVE). You do not need to beat the player,
just play 1 match until it ends. The achievement unlocks on the results screen.
You'll still unlock the achievement if the other player disconnects from the match, as long as you remain in the game and finish it.
From the main menu...
Using
, highlight MULTIPLAYER from the main menu and press
.
Highlight Xbox LIVE and press
.
Using either

), highlight MATCH CHOICE and press
.
Using either

), highlight PLAY A GAME WITH MY PARTY and press

The PICK A RACE / PICK A SPORT screen appears. (use
to switch between the 2 types of matches).
My recommendation is to choose PICK A RACE and select SHORT CIRCUIT (very easy, small circuit race, though it has 10 laps). If this is acceptable, press
to exit.
Using either

), highlight MATCH RULES and press

From here you can change the types of vehicles allowed and if this will be a team or solo match.
I'd recommend PLAYER'S CHOICE (allows you to use custom vehicles) and SOLO PLAY ONLY (no teams).

to exit the match rules screen.

to show your friends list, then press

) to move over to your friends.
Once you've highlighted your friend that has this achievement, press
to send a game invite. Alternatively, you can use
to access the Xbox 360 Guide and send the game invite.
Once your friend is in the game, press
to start the match.
This can also be done in RANKED MATCH, but your friend will need to search at the same time as you for this to work. Please note that playing ranked matches will take some time to unlock the related achievements based on the map, game type, and/or match rules (solo or team for certain achievements) that appears at random. The following achievements can be obtained from ranked matches (with the proper settings):
* If playing on an Xbox 360 console and you own the
L.O.G.'s Lost Challenges DLC...

* If you've purchased

Note: If you are playing Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts (included with Rare Replay) on your Xbox One console,
open the Xbox Guide by pressing the View button 
and Menu button at the same time. You need to do this to accept and/or send game invites when playing an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One.
