This is a viral Achievement that is unlocked through Xbox LIVE multiplayer matches. You must complete (but don't have to win) a multiplayer match against another player who has this Achievement. It probably won't take long before you find a multiplayer match with a qualifying opponent (I earned mine on the first try).
