Extremely easy and only slightly time consuming.
Quickest and easiest way:
Start any campaign on any level any chapter at EXPERT. This setting will allow devastating friendly fire.When you start in the safe area simply shoot your bots (or willing friends) which will cause them damage. Then heal them. (Note, a bot will heal another bot AND grab first aid kits, so if playing with bots shoot all three quickly. You should be able to heal two of the three.)
Then simply repeat.
