play on normal on any map with AI players. Kill just one of your teammates and then play through until you see an orange-outlined person off in the distance randomly. this will be that character respawned within a closet. just open the door for them and you get the achievement. You can play with people online, but more than likely someone will get to the door before you do. With AI, you have a little extra time to get achievements like this one.
