To unlock this achievement, you must 5-Star “Girl U Want” by Devo on either guitar or drums. The mode you play this song in does not matter. Pick your preference of Quickplay, Tour, or Competitive. The difficulty you choose does not matter. If you are having trouble, try lowering the difficulty.
The most important thing to do when going for a high score is to use your Overdrive when you have a 4x multiplier. This will give you an 8x multiplier for all the notes you hit. (Provided you keep the combo) Try to use this in note-dense areas. The more notes you hit the more points you will receive! If you are playing drums, try not to skip many drum fills. These fills cover notes you could be hitting which would add more points to your score!
Here are the approximate 5-Star cutoffs for each difficulty on both instruments:

I recommend aiming to get 5 stars on all songs in the solo tour, using the guitar, on any difficulty you are very comfortable with. You must get 5 stars on all 20 songs on the same difficulty! If you do this, the above achievement will unlock on your way to the "All Star Review" achievement.
This song is located in Stage 2.
Alternatively, you can select this song in Quickplay, and play on easy guitar or drums. |
