  The easiest level to do this is Raisin a ruckus. The first 2 enemies can easily be defeated if you wait for the one enemy to move up the right hand side. turn invisable and take out the one on the left(using rb)then take the one on the right. The next two enemies will be near the cliff which you can just sneak past (again using rb)the next enemy is very simple, just wait for him to turn around and sneak up to him on the bridge. The final enemy will be walking in a circle formation shortly after the other one. Again utilise the invisable cloak to sneak up behind him.
  All you have to do then is finish the level. Hope that helps. Happy Hunting

  Is this missable or is there a mission select after the game is over?

  Unfortunately, if you do mess up trying to earn the achievement, you do have to go back to the main menu and start the level all over. Luckily, however, you don’t have to worry about not completing the whole game just to try and earn the achievement, since you can replay levels (level select, by the way) without having to worry about overwriting your main story progress. Hope this helps! :)

  This isn’t missable, you can replay a mission by selecting the mission select part of the main menu.

  I actually did this in hide & sneak. Complete that or raisin' a ruckus without alerting any enemies or using cheats. If cheats are on, or if enemies detected you, you'll have to start over. Achievement pops if the following:
  
  1: The cheats are off.
  
  2: You completed Raisin' a ruckus or hide & sneak without being detected (alerting any enemies).
  
  To make things easier, I would recommend turning invisible and taking down enemies by pressing the R1 on the dualshock 3 controller or RB on the 360 controller.
