Load up the level "Pound for Pound" and there are 8 big black SUV's that try to run you over throughout the level. Hold right trigger before they run over you to make them crash. I think this is the only level that has them (the parked SUV's throughout the game do not count) but this achievement is cumulative so if you miss a few just play the level again.
