These are some of the best videos I've found showing how to beat the final 3 bosses.
I'd suggest finding a way to button mash quickly, as the last part of the final boss is mashing the X button 60 times in 10 seconds. If you fail, it might not kill you, but it will take a huge chunk out of Chip's already low health. Then, you will have to break him out of Dark Gaia's grip again, and try again.
