For this, you need to feed Chip certain foods that he likes - you can pretty much guess that he likes sweet foods as opposed to fishy and spicy foods. Take note of his comments after feeding him though as he may say something useful in regards to what your feeding him.
Also I think also feeding him lots of Sundae Supremes from the shop in Apotos will work (around 10 if my memory serves me correct) |

| Fastest and cheapest way is buying him Sundae Supremes at Apotos, When Chip Starts saying stuff other then what he thinks of the food Like for Example "Eggman's a funny name,Do you think his mom named him that" that means your closer to begin BFFs. |
