The best time to do the 'runner' achievements are at the end of the game right before you go to the temple to fight Ahriman.

First go to your map and set your destination to Windmills. Then teleport to Sun Temple; as soon as you arrive press Y and then follow the direction of Elika's magic. If you are lost or unsure hit Y to get on the right path.

You don't have to be perfect so don't start over if you fall once or twice.

watch this guy run threw it 1st then follow the way he went as long as you don't fall off or get stuck you should get it. if you do fall off or get stuck load the game again and start over shouldnt be that hard to do
