Once fully upgrading the Venus Human Trap weapon, go to any busy intersection of any city and fire in the middle of the intersection. As the weapon is fully upgraded, it has a longer reach and will more easily grab humans and cars to eat. Once your wanted level grows, remember to defend the Venus Human Trap so that it lasts longer.
