This needs to be done in a RANKED Team Deathmatch game with 6 people. The 5 people you kill must be 5 different people, and it must be done in one match. You can not simply shoot your friend 5 times. The people you kill do not need to be on one team, they simply need to be a different color team than you are.

If you can get a group of 6 people who are willing to work together for this achievement, then once you're all in the same lobby, everyone should pick their own team (so you have 6 separate colored teams). The reason you do all separate teams is so all players involved can get the achievement in one match.

Once the match starts, each person needs to kill the other 5 players in the match. The achievement will pop the second you kill the 5th person, so you do not need to wait until the end of the match.
