The easiest way of doing this is to boost - find a partner or friend who has a mic and take it in turns to create a ranked standard race lobby - kick all randoms players and set to 1 lap races, clear weather and no traffic.

Make sure to mark off each track once you've each completed.

Maybe more easier with helico race ^^
