Find a boosting buddy and both of you join the same ranked (ea) server in a team deathmatch game. You should easily be able to find a server with no other players. Chose the scout class and find your buddy. Use LB to turn invisible, circle behind him and when you see the on screen prompt hit "RB" and you will do a backstab one hit kill. Repeat 9 more times and the achievement is yours.
