Because of the dead link, thought I'd post a new solution:
There are a total of 22 spots to own (killing is optional) in Skate 2.
When you get close enough to a spot the game will notify you that a spot has been found. You can then open your map and spawn to that spot. When you do this, the game will align you with the best way to attack it. It'll automatically set up a marker, so you can reload your marker if it takes you a few tries.
Additionally, there was a few that took me a little longer because you either have to go a long way around a building or down a tube to pop up to get there. But it is definitely doable, you just have to be patient and be willing to get a little lost in the process :) |

This achievement requires owning all 22 spots in Skate 2. You do not need to kill the spot for the achievement.
