The best advice I can give you is to beat the game in normal or easy first, then when you start your Pro run, Take the health regeneration suit. To get the good ending don't buy a single dark magic spell. And don't needlessly buy healing, because unlike in normal, every time you buy it, the price goes up.
Some tips for beating this on Pro; Use health regeneration to your advantage. Run and hide from bosses until you get your health back up. Health regeneration should be your utmost priority for upgrading. Light Blades is extremely helpful, especially for some bosses. It also works well with Furious shooting and Sparkling Sword. Spam Flash of Light when you get surrounded.
Also don't be overwhelmed by the difficulty, the hardest part of hard mode is the first third of the game. If you can make it to the part where you buy your first heath regeneration upgrade, the difficulty is down hill from there and you're pretty much in the clear. |
