This is a guide for all upgrades in general.. reason for this is only because I had this game for 2 years now and could NOT get this achievement.. Its because the game glitched and triggered the achievement that I upgraded all 3 of my abilitys and this was left out.

If anyone has this issue what I had to do was delete my cashe of the game, unplug the internet cable and started a new file offline. it triggered the achievement for me.

to get this achivement all you gotta do it collect 9 Silver Artifacts. I believe there are 12 of all kinds so its not hard to get it.
