When you're selecting the game to play they should be a little different color if you haven't played them. However, I compiled a list of all the games you wouldn't play if you didn't get every "game specific achievement" (achievements that have the name of the game title in the achievement). All you have to do is boot it up to the part where it says "Sega", then hit your back button and go down to quit game. List of games that don't have specific achievements tied to them:
Gain Ground Phantasy Star II Phantasy Star III Phantasy Star IV Shining Force Shining Force II Shining in the Darkness Sonic & Knuckles Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Streets of Rage 2 Dynamite Headdy |
Darkened Night

Genesis titles are the main list of games you find upon booting up the game.
To unlock this achievement, you do NOT need to start up all forty titles in one sitting. You do not need to play the game, simply boot it up. (thanks Vballboy51)
Select the game and when the control mapping screen appears press start once more, once the 'SEGA' logo appears, you can quit out. |
