Inexplicably, you can get this without even needing to arrange a boost session.
At the time of writing there are quite a few people playing ranked games seemingly for fun.
Connect two extra controllers to your 360 but don't sign them in to any profiles.
The controllers HAVE to be connected to your local console, not the person you're playing against. Guitar controllers do work apparently.
Select a quick ranked match and as you assign the controllers to your side, select 'Guest' at the bottom as the profile for each of the two extras. Start the game and you're good to go.
You might want to try and switch from one controller to another to give the illusion that you're playing properly rather than boosting, though most opponents will be happy to take the win. First to ten goals, you may even want to help things along a bit by scoring a few own goals.
Once you've finished the game, Zing, Achievement unlocked.
