Best done with 2 controllers, as you wont have to worry about your opponent scoring and you can keep knocking them down for power-ups.
The power-up for this is shaped like a snow flake (just like the achievement tile). After obtaining this power up you will need to score 2 goals while the other teams player is frozen.
Also you will need to attain this power up at least twice, as it disappears after you make the goal. |

With 2 controllers you don't have to worry about the other team so you can have the goal limit to 5. Otherwise you may want to have it at 10 just in case.
The power up is shaped like a snow flake and will drop more often than others from what I have noticed. Regardless it's time to tackle the enemy team over and over until you successfully have the power up drop and you freeze one of them.
With one of the opponents frozen it's 3 on 2 on the ice making it much easier for you to get a free look at the net, this was one of my first achievements because the power up is usually pretty common and after a quick swoop behind the net with a good shooter the achievement is as good as yours without a defender to stop you and 1 guy possibly idle if your second controller isn't frozen. |
