Very easily done with another controller.

Start up a game with the score set to 15. Now just sit back and make 15 goals. With the second controller as your opponent they will do nothing when they have the puck. You will also pick up these 2 on the way:

3 on 3 NHL Arcade Brick Wall The Brick Wall achievement in 3 on 3 NHL Arcade worth 23 pointsWin a game without being scored on

and
3 on 3 NHL Arcade Score Big The Score Big achievement in 3 on 3 NHL Arcade worth 22 pointsScore at least 10 goals in one game
