Easiest way (imo) only way I tried, was to use chapter 5 on Easy difficulty and slowly go back and fourth and take out the dogs and zombies in the intersections.

It seems on easy the kills combo is open for longer than on other difficulties. This was my first time on easy. I ended up getting 133 when I finished after my 5th attempt or so. Fairly easy if you know what to do.

I found this info on various sites so credit goes there, just trying to help those here. :)

i abandoned on chapter 5 as i always lost combo between zombie group and zombie group. but after failing on many other solutions i came back to this one and tried it once again.
forget about "going back and forth"... just keep A pressed to keep advancing and here's the kicker: the most kills come actually from the dogs that chase you.
keep pressing LT and RT and you won't even have to use the sword.
if you keep your combo active and hit a few zombies from each big group, just by going forward with LT and RT (careful not to get stuck at the sides of the street) you'll get around 130-190 combo at the end of the map.
