Simply done in Survival Mode stage one as you have infinite ULTRA Bar, simply beat the opponent down and then execute the ULTRA COMBO finish

I find it extremely easy with Zangief to jump and do a double stick rotation in the air and then hit all punches as you land, you must be close to them

Go with who evers ULTRA you feel most comfortable with and do it in survival mode stage one
