The easiest way to get this is to play with Zangief. During the fight, keep pressing 3 punches button doing Lariats insanely. The AI doesn't defend all punches and it won't hits you so much. Do this until you win all fights in Time Attack Challenge Mode. (This trick works in Survival Challenge Mode too).

I had problems to fight against Cammy because the Spider Web move hits Zangief in his legs. However I found a way to win \o/: During the fight stay crouch and defending until she use the Quick Spin Knuckle movement, as soon as you see that she starts the spinning, press the Lariat button and then crouch and wait she does the movement again.
