Due to the nature of this achievement; Solution for Millionaire in 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand it's a good idea to work on this achievement after having unlocked the Millionaire achievement, you can either play through the campaign naturally a bunch of times but a much quicker way is to farm money on Mission 4: Chapter 3, I won't go into detail though, the full explanation can be seen in the solution I linked above or the video I've linked below.
You need somewhere in the region of $1.5 million for all the upgrades, which isn't much more grinding so I just got that amount and then got all the unlockable achievements in one quick go!
Once you've farmed enough, find a telephone booth, they're scattered throughout nearly every level and use it, then from there go to the shop menu and just buy all the unlockables!

This achievement will pop once the other 4 (Packin' Heat, Point Blank, Rifled and Explosive) pop. I wouldn't buy anything until the Millionaire achievement pops, as any money you spend will cause you to earn it back to get the Millionaire achievement.
Just play through as 50 cent on Hard and you should have this achievement by the end of the game. You can purchase the weapons from any pay phone or by going to the shop before you start a game. |

| You certainly don't need to go out of your way to get the guns but if you want them all quickly and know someone who has unlocked them you can have them drop the guns you need. If you pick them up and then go to a phone it'll save them without you needing to buy them yourself and the gun related achievements will still unlock. |
