Theres quite a bit of chatter about this ending, the general thought seems to be that you have to answer during one of the PAs with Reimi 'I would marry you' while BradyGames guide says to answer 'I would take you to the stars'.
Having answered 'I would take you to the stars' I can confirm you can get the ending for her, unless theres an extra, extra ending for her ¬,¬.
Either way this seems to be purely affection based like most of the other endings, so dont pickpocket more than needed (lets be honest there aren't many things worth pickpocketing) and if in doubt down a few love potion 256's before heading into nox obscurus.
