After you destroyed the Tower in the Transformer Room and climbed up to the exit. Walk slowly through until you hear the sound of a checkpoint. Save your game here. Then just follow the passage through all the traps. If you die Reload. If you pass the line of levitating blocks and slide down in the Healing Chamber. This should unlock.

A other hint: Just stay alive, the time to beat it is really long, so its just a matter of trying.
