This achievement was a serious pain in the arse and actually cost me a controller and a dent in my games room door, so be warned!!!
It can be broken down to five sections;
Section one is a straightforward gunfight - from where you start just follow the road sign arrows - left, then into the prefab building, up the ramp and to the blue light checkpoint. Just take your time, take cover and clear out enemies and you should be fine. For the last bit up the ramp you are exposed so just sprint up to the document.
Section two is not too bad either - you have to destroy all the cars and henchmen in four minutes. Get in a car and just drive around the outside using the car slam and cyclone. It's quite busy but the time is quite generous. There are a couple of men shooting so you can park in the middle get out and shoot them if you want.
Section three is a bike chase - don't worry about catching him, as you can't - just stay with him. It's a quick chase, but the roads are wide, and he doesn't turn much so just concentrate on not crashing off your bike. Henchmen will attack but thankfully just on bikes, so just hold left bumper to shoot them off- not a problem.
Section four is another shooting part in the metro - again no problem, just use cover, take your time and use LT to auto target. The best gun I found was the AK rather than Uzi, if you have one.
Section five - deep breaths, take your time and don't get stressed!! This is the mega bastard if you ask me. Basically you have to chase down the Metro train and destroy it - the problem is you cannot really make a mistake as if you come off your bike, it's usually destroyed or disappears, so it's a restart. What you have to do is detach the three carriages first, then shoot the driver, dodge oncoming trains and the nightmare cars!!
First up, race after the train (watch out for the oncoming one) and after the cutscene showing you the coupling stay tight left and boost accelerate. Use LB to shoot some of the men in the train but before the tunnel splits if you're quick you can take out 2 carriages in one go, making things a lot easier for you. The train will then accelerate away and cars will join the chase. This is what gave me a lot if trouble. Use cyclone to try and take out 1or two of the first pair. At this point you will get another oncoming train - I found it best to stay tight left, as right is too tight and in the middle the cars sandwich you to death. If you survived so far you should be able to take out the third coupling leaving just the main carriage.
How I did this was then get in front and use cyclone to shoot at the driver, then after try and keep level to do some more shooting to charge your cyclone before getting in front again to rinse and repeat. Just watch out at tunnel splits here as nothing worse than getting in front for the train to then take the other tunnel!!
For most of this section it will be flat out - the only time I slowed was if I got too far ahead of the coupling to shoot, or was getting sandwiched by the cars.
As a guide, the first 4 sections I did first time (5 minutes each) - section five took me about 90 minutes!!!
If you have to take a break and quit out, it restarts you at the bike chase (section 3).
