Tricky one this. Best to attempt later on in the game once your focus meter has received boosts from doing the Contracts side missions (the ones where you have to Burnout style takedown the target car).
It can be unlocked during any mission/stage where there's 'enemies', but I unlocked it on the mission where you have to get the newspaper van and ram the newspaper offices, waited until there was 2 motorbikes and a car near me, melee'd them to take their health down, but not out, then did a focused aim, managed to pick 2 off, then the third piled into the back of the exploding car in front of it and it popped up, so you don't actually have to SHOOT the 3 to explosion yourself, just remain in the 'focus' time until you've killed three in one time. |

Further to the above solutions I would point out that you don't need to get this when playing the story progression.
What I found was that by completing the contracts missions, I managed to upgrade focus to the maximum - then after I had completed the game, I just replayed the fugitive missions until i got it. On these you usually have 3 enemies following and more importantly no real mission to mess you up. As you have no intention of getting to the destination, all you have to do is try and get it before the time runs out - and even if it does you can just restart.
Just drive around, bashing into the sides until they are all badly damaged (with the cursor above them flashing), then just use cyclone. The cars will be one shot kills (on the bonnet) and you should have plenty of time to achieve this. Also getting them down narrow roads helps as it means when you turn round, they are all closely grouped together. |
