In the main menu of the game hit B.This will open a window. In that window go to Options->Dificulty.Move the DIFICULTY from ROOKIE to CUSTOM.Then move the bars for ur USER SETTINGS all the way UP to 100% for BATTING/PITCHING/FIELDING/RUNNING.

Know,move to the CPU SETTINGS do the same but move the bars all the way DOW to 0% for BATTING/PITCHING/FIELDING/RUNNING.

Know go back to the first window and start a 9 innings game.

This achievement can take u about 30 minnutes to and hour because u need to save the game a lot evrytime ur pitching to the computer.

After u finisgh the game u will unlock the FLAWLESS/UNHITTABLE and UNTOUCHABLE achievements for a total of 100G.
