From the Xbox LIVE menu, choose to play a ranked game. It does not matter whether you win or lose the game, but the Achievement will unlock once the game is completed, so you must finish all nine innings.

If anyone can confirm whether this Achievement can still be earned if your opponent quits the game early, it would be appreciated.
