This is in level 2, just after QA open the exit for Kitty. There are three rooms with dancers, and you'll get the achievement after you leave the last one. The key is to keep yourself positioned so that there are no dancers between yourself and the enemies.

Room 1

Take cover behind the sandbags right as you enter. You should have clear shots at the enemies. Just check the dancers before you leave the room.

Room 2

Take the door to the left and sprint to the corner. You should be able to melee the first guy. Stay in that corner, and the dancers will be fine. There's a save point after you kill the last enemy in the next room.

Room 3

Run straight to the hallway in the left corner. This will keep all the fire off the dancers.
