To get this achievement you must finish the fifth mission on the story mode. This achievement can gained in either solo or co-op. I would recomend playing the story mode in co-op mode as it is more fun and will help you gain a better understanding of the game.

This Level is more like a tutorial as all you will be doing is learning how to control your jet in OFF mode. Just listen to what the game says and you should have no problems at all.
