Dead easy, this one.

A little bit into the Epilogue, Elika will point out the Seal of Ormazd, which is basically a blue plate above a doorway.

When you see this sequence, look to your right and you should see a set of rings leading up to a crevice running along near the ceiling. Follow this around and run across the plate and this achievement should unlock.
