Go into options and set the damage to maximum and put it on easy. Now you will find that it should only take a couple of minutes to get their energy bar into the red. Just keep using strong grapples and picking them up. Also if you have the points upgrade your strength to 99 and it will be even easier. Even your weak punches will greatly damage them.

I was able to do all 10 in just under 20 minutes.
