Turning on "wild dice" in the options will help this go quicker.

Make sure you are not going for any other achievements so that you can just focus on rolling sixes. If you should roll a bunch of sixes on the first roll...awesome. But the wild dice will let you change anything that is not a six to a six. The rest is a little luck and a little persistence. It shouldn't take too long this way.
