Play an Advanced type game.

Simply save any 1s and 2s you roll and it'll be easy to get, easier still if you roll a Wild. If you don't get it just place it wherever on the card and try again next roll.

Edit: As Beanpotter pointed out, you need to end up with either three 2s and two 1s or with three 1s and two 2s.
