Note that gold stadiums DO NOT count for this achievement it needs to be a silver stadium. You don't actually have to keep the stadium. On your new cards page, just move the card over to the right and the achievement pops up. Them move it back over and send to collection for a couple of hundred coins or trade it. This is what I did as I'd already got a gold stadium that I wanted to keep.
