This Achievement unlocks upon completion of Act 3 of the story when played on Pussy or Assassin difficulty.
Strategies for this act are to preserve your ammo early. In the first courtyard, it can be easy to run out of ammo and have to dart into the line of fire to scramble for more. Choose your shots carefully and use the cover to advance closer to your targets rather than trying to hit them from far away. The explosive canisters are also your friend here.
When you enter the building and are fighting the Russian, advance steadily using the pushcarts for cover and watch for enemies to drop through the ceiling on rappelling cords. Again, just stay low and pop up to shoot them with quick bursts.
The Russian himself can be easy to take out with a melee attack, but don't rush in too fast. There are a couple more enemies that will rappel down into the area where the Russian makes his final stand. Cap them first, otherwise they might finish you off after you perform your melee attack. The melee attack isn't necessary to kill the Russian, but it's good practice for when you return to unlock the following Achievement:
