  I had a heck of a time figuring it out by a text description so I filmed it as I was doing the achievement.
  
  Go to the top left of the map and jump up on the side of the broadcasting dish using the bars above the box there. I found I got snagged a couple times so occasionally had to jump away and back like I had to in the video.
  
  You are going to go across a tightrope and then another tightrope. You will have to jump up back and forth between the bar and the rusty bar using the double wall jump technique you learn near the beginning.
  
  You will then climb two ladders. For the second ladder, you have to go around to climb it. I found with the platform being a different colour, it looked like it would be a fall, but you just walk around and the camera changes.
  
  You will then have to jump up some more bars to get to the top.
  
  Once you get the achievement, there is a Larry statue to the left you might as well grab it while you are up here.

  Go the the power station at the top left of the map, just before the power station is a massive broadcasting tower. get to the smaller roof and wall grip the thicker of the 2 posts, keep going up until you reach the rope.
  
  Go across the rope to a circle platform, and another rope. The next part is tricky as i have fallen off too many times from it. the will be a wall jump part but make sure you place yourself carefully otherwise you'll jump bad. The way i did it was walk to the silver part and in between the 2 rusted parts on the floor.
  
  Once up climb the 2 ladders. after the second later turn around and you should see a rusty brown beam that you cam wall grip on, if you have trouble gettting to it just go to the fence and carefully double jump fom the fence to the bar. Now jump keep going up till you get to the top, then jump for the larry award and the achievement should pop.
