| you can alter the enemies to your presence but if they start shooting then the achievement wont count.

I`ve found an easier & faster way to get this achievement in stealh mode (no killing).
It`s not my own solution all credits go to the author of the video (Overlord73)
To get the achievement you need to pass the cargo bay without alerting any of the drones (the "argg" sound combines with dronnes searching activily or drones shooting will let you know you`ve alerted the drones). When you`ve alerted them simply press start and choose "restart from checkpoint".
Be sure that you haven`t been spotted before you walk into the first room (checkpoint). The achievement will pop up after a couple of feet in the vents, if not simply restart from checkpoint and try again.
When you`re still having trouble after watching the video, try to wait a bit more before going up the crates at the end untill you have seen the drone op top walk away again. (Hang on the side of the highest box and move the camera around to see him).
