Start the game as a Shadow Warrior and just do the quests. Try to not do sidequests where you get only a few EXP. Watch out for the mainquests. You should also try to get very fast to knew area's. You'll be able to fight against stronger enemies, which will give you more experience per kill. Use "Potions of the Mentor (blue)" to get plus 50% EXP at every kill. This will take about 4 hours.
