KIll 10,000 enemies of any type. I got this around level 40, and that was after exploring the entire High Elf region and a quarter of the Human region, in addition to quests. For someone that just wants to grind this, I'd recommend the area around the village of Twainbrook, north of Sloeford. It has enemies (kobold and undead) that come in larger numbers -- sometimes 10 at a time -- and aren't that difficult to kill.
