First, you must make sure you have Dexterous styles level 4, which allows you to select specific body parts to target while aiming with your ranged weapon.

Then, simply toggle spots to shoot and aim at the "Groin" region. And shoot.

Note, it does not have to be the shot that kills them, any shot that hit's the groin counts.

Easily done on the Red Shadows in the Snowglobe.
