Go to the Town Square wearing the Hobbe suit from the Costume Party quest (See the Future DLC) and draw a crowd by performing the Sock Puppet expression, keep doing this until the achievement unlocks.

String three achievements in a row. Attract a crowd in the Town Square by wearing the Hobbe suit and making five people laugh by doing the Sock Puppet expression to get the The Ghastly Jester achievement, then swap suits to the Hollow Man and play dead for The Repugnant achievement, and finally swap to the Balverine suit and give'em a bloodlust roar for The Howler achievement.
