Go to Old Olney, find the entrance, slay lots and lots of deathclaws. When you find the big tesla coil, just jump down the hole, and walk through the door, turn it off, and go back and collect the coil. Climb up the ladder, slay two deathclaws more, fasttravel to the citadel and talk to paladin tristan.
